IA Interior Architects’ IAXR Studio recently provided global commercial real estate company Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis extended reality services to craft a bespoke metaverse based on their Dallas location. Within this environment, new employees were afforded the opportunity to connect with CBRE’s corporate values, business resource groups, and company history. By engaging the new staff in problem-solving and personal reflection, along with the ability to meet other new hires in end-of-week virtual reality gatherings, CBRE’s goals of integrating new hires into the company culture, while acknowledging the realities of a semi-remote workforce, were realized.
